Typical alpine-style chalet in the heart of Valtourneche, with direct access from Miramonti , of which the guests can benefit from all  the services, including the welness center, it is structured on three floors with a spiral stairs . It’s composed by a livingroom with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. The livingroom has a comfortable sofabed which can be two extra single beds and overlook a sunny terrace with a wonderful mountain view.

The flat is placed in the Rododendro block of flats in the core of the village of Cervinia close to the ski lifts and to the green course, reachable by foot. Cervinia is the ideal destination for those who love the mountains, skiing and golf. The house has a residents’ parking place, it’s south-exposed and it benefits from a wonderful view on the mountains, on the ski slopes and on the Plateau Rosà glacier.

The flat is placed on the 4th floor reachable by a lift. It’s composed by an entrance, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
The living room has a wonderful panorama and it’s provided with a gas cooker, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower. In the basement a private warehouse is at your disposal.

The sitting room is provided with a balcony south-east exposed with a magnificent view on the mountain and on the Plateau Rosà glacier (testa Grigia), a comfortable sofa bed could be used as an extra double bed.

The bedroom has a panoramic view too and it’s composed by a double bed and a bunk bed, totaling four comfortable beds.

Two apartments located on the first and second floor in a villa at the entrance to the village of Valtournenche, in the hamlet of Montaz n 27. They consist of a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven and dishwasher, bathroom, living room with dining table and sofa. One apartment has 2 bedrooms, while the other has a single room with double and bunk beds. They also have a sunny balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains and the whole valley.

The apartments have independent heating and are equipped for four people.

The car park is immediately near the building.

The apartments are situated in the center of the village with all comforts, modern, welcoming and quiet with a large panoramic terrace, in typical alpine style furnished, with a private parking. They are located in the proximity of shops and restaurants as well as at the stop of the ski bus to reach the ski area of Cervinia-Valtournenche-Zermatt.

The kitchen has a panoramic view on the valley and it is provided with  cooker and a microwave. The heating is independent.
